how do u respond to "Your bottom line?"

a lady said her house was worth 130k, so i asked her what her bottom line is.  she came back at me with, "Well i am not sure, i would have to think about it. what is YOUR bottom line for me?"

i wanted her to tell me a number, but i didnt have a comeback. so i just gave her a number of 90k and she said no.

what is a better response than what i gave?
