Wholesalers can be one of your most valuable asset and actually say you $1000,s in mistakes, marketing expenses, and more valuable time. A true wholesaler is transparent, honest. In many cases they will tell you what type of deal you are getting, flip, hold etc. A true wholesaler will always have a property under contract for the right price and will always close on the property if they don't have a end buyer. This builds their reputation of will have more and more deals sent to them.Honesty ,integrity is the true source of a wholesalers wealth. They will be able to show you all types of deals and ways to buy thru their vast network. So today I say hug your wholesaler!!! ( I am not an active wholesaler  but wanted to shed some light)
