First Flip

Hi everyone, I've identified several properties and I'm looking at a few this weekend for my first flip. Does anyone have any good recommendations on hard money lenders? Also if anyone has any recommendations for a general contractor in montgomery county, pa or Philly area that would be helpful. I have a full time job and starting out part time. I'm being very conservative with my numbers. I figure the best way to learn is to jump in. Thanks!
