I've been watching a house for 2 months now, waiting for it to go down,

as no one ever bids on it.

So finally it goes down from 59,000 to 38,000.

I almost bid, but decide to wait for another reduction, since there were no bids.

And it goes up to 54,000.

What? Absolutely makes no sense..anyone ever experience this ?

Is it likely to go down at this point? Thanks!
