Too excited to sleep. My husband and I submitted a bid on a 3br 1 1/2 bath HUD home today to use as a rental. Its been listed for over 200 days. Both bathrooms need a total rehab, kitchen floor redone and the whole place painted. Pink must have been their favorite color. Even kitchen cabinets got painted pink. Which they are savable, just need painted as well. Can't wait to get started. Just hoping I'm not counting my eggs before they hatch.
