Silly question. How do you set up a rental agreement renewal for month to month? Do they sign each month?

The rollers that hold paint in the handle that you squeeze the trigger as you go to release paint, are awesome. Saves so many trips to the paint tray, instead you suction it up into your handle and just go! Great music is a must as well.

A follow up on my facebook for sale/rent post. I posted on Monday, had 3 showings on Wednesday and am handing over the keys tomorrow (Saturday)   New to this, but I'm happy with the results. 

Our town has a for sale/rent page on facebook. Going to try it for the first time this week. has 1000s of followers and things posted gets alot of attention. People looking for a place to rent will post also.

My first thought was red with white trim. The brown shutters might look funny though. They'd have to change.

Look up on you tube, how to paint a room in 10 minutes. He has a couple great demo videos. I would have posted the video, but i think this rain storm is giving my computer problems.
