Affordable Housing Land Trust
So, I've been researching properties in my area, and I found one that's amazingly cheap, but it's subject to an "Affordable Housing Land Trust" agreement. (http://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sale/60870115_zpid...)
What does it mean when buyer purchases the house only? Are these worthwhile investment vehicles?
