Hello my name is Sierra I am 19 and full of ambition. I've always had to knack to find houses online and think of all the things that I could do to fix them and sell for more. This is ry interesting to me and real estate in general. I seriously thinking about this for a career, but I know it's risky and  requires budget. I am currently doing sales in jewlery which I just started but am completely  in love with but I want to move into a higher sales business. I'm extremely hard working and would love any advice on how to get started or stories of how you started. Thank you !

I like Mike Butler's book. I use the free forms he lets you download. I think you need to do some life style planning first.  Here are things you can do now.

First, I would read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert K. That way when people tell you your crazy for buying RE you can be confident in your decision.  You will understand what it is you like about RE.

Second, start listening to Dave Ramsey or Suzanne Orman podcasts. You need a solid financial base before you begin.

Third, join a REIA club and attend monthly. Build your network (circle of influence)

Fourth sign up for MINT.com and CREDITKARMA.org to track and understand your credit score.
