I am thinking about getting my real estate license but if I did, I would only start out part time. Would it be worth getting my license to only be part time?

I would like information on what all exactly entails when you flip a home? What all should I fins out before I purchase the house. I know to see if it has water damage or if its in a flood zone and I know to look for a few other things as well. I m looking to get some advice from someone who has already flipped a house, what troubles did you have and what do you recommend to look for before purchasing the home?

Thank you @Clay Smith I appreciate the advice and the recommendation on the book, because I'm already being told that I am crazy for wanting to do this which does make me doubt myself a lot. Its hard to pursue a dream when everyone is telling you that it can't be done. So I will definitely look into reading this book! And also thank you @Diane Bartley  for your insights as well. I agree with having a strong financial base I have printed the article and plan to read it to understand how I can start to build strong financial base!

Hello my name is Sierra I am 19 and full of ambition. I've always had to knack to find houses online and think of all the things that I could do to fix them and sell for more. This is ry interesting to me and real estate in general. I seriously thinking about this for a career, but I know it's risky and  requires budget. I am currently doing sales in jewlery which I just started but am completely  in love with but I want to move into a higher sales business. I'm extremely hard working and would love any advice on how to get started or stories of how you started. Thank you !
