Owner of the property can not be found Texas

Hi All,

There are some properties in my area which have delinquent taxes when I looked up the property the owners address is somewhere in California. I bet that the forgot all about this property. Is there any way to take possession of this property any way without having to wait for it to be sold at a tax auction?
