Contacting Landowner Any experience/suggestions?
Hello Friends,
I recently purchased a lot of land. Lot next to me is unoccupied, and I want to buy it if I can to make mine wider/bigger. I live in Houston and here we can look up who owns property where. So I did. I wanted to write a letter to the landowner and ask if they would consider selling. I am hoping that the address listed in the system is current and he would answer. Any suggestions on how to approach this and if you have done something similar?
Thank you,
