What is Hot in LA today - 2+1 Valley Glen OG Spanish Style

As I check most mornings to see what is avaliable I thought I would share some decent deals along the way. This Spanish charmer might work. Charmer is always code for smaller. Valley Glen is one of those areas that was Van Nuys but a group of homeowners petitioned to rename their immediate area. I would have called it Hollywood Village or North Studio City:)
