What are the "in" RE colors for 2015? Both paint and tile.

I'm a big believer in Realistic Beige for all my flips and my rentals.  However, my flips are almost always in the $100k range.  I'm partnering with another investor and they don't think that color realistically works for the $300K-$500k flip we are working on.   At least some of the colors need to be lighter since they will likely be in a bathroom for elementary age children.  The  house we are flipping is in a much sought after elementary school district where people are paying extra to live there.

Thanks!
