Need some advice/guidance
My younger brother lives in Virgina and rents a home. His credit is not good. So I was going to take money from my savings and home to purchase a home for $150k with 20% down. My plan is for him to pay me rent of $1000 which would equal $2100 extra a year so $1000 would be for me and the other $1000 would be for him towards down payment and in 2-3yrs he can buy the house from me. The issue I'm having is how do we get the bank to refi it to him. Want to make it that we both benefit from this deal.

If his credit isn't good, that's most likely because he makes bad financial decisions. What makes you think that's going to change in the next couple years?
