Looking for an attorney that does sub2 closings in San Antonio TX

I have done some sub2 closings in San Antonio Texas already. The place where I have closed before must get enough businesses that they can get away with treating their customers as a bother. Example, not returning phone calls, not getting past the office clerk, not getting a straight answer on a closing for weeks now. 

Please don't ask the place I'm referring to whereas my intent for this post is not slander, but to obtain other options to chose from.
