I have several turnkey single family homes available and have had discussions with some buyers, however I feel that there is more marketing that could be done to reach investors looking to cash flowing properties. I have tried social media, mailing lists, email campaigns, and I am working on driving traffic to my website. Does anyone have any good sites that they use to reach out to investors for turnkey properties?
