Forclosure Homes
Is there any benefits to buying Forclosure homes way below the market value and trying to fix it up and flip the house or there is too much risk ?

Welcome to BP, Ricardo!
Most likely, you don't buy foreclosures from banks "below market" value, you may buy a property at a distressed value at auction. Not all are good deals. You need to learn the basics of RE and the valuation process to identify what might be a good deal and if fixing it is worth the effort and what would be profitable. :)
