Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a property at the sheriff of sale in Philly. Almost all tile insurance Co will not provide title insurance on these properties atleast for the first few year from what I researched due to the redemption period. However, I have seen on Trend a buyers can get an ABSTRACT ASSURANCE TITLE. Can someone define it for me?

Thanks,

It's just the name of a local investor-friendly title company.  You'll have to contact them to see what they are able to do. http://assuranceabstract.com/
