Its a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse in a nice area. 

PP: 52,000  

taxes:3,800

HoA: 288 a month

Avg rent :1,000

first glance i thought was good because 2%of p.p, but now not so 

sure due to hoa and taxes.....thoughts? 

thanks!
