How can i buy a commercial space-beauty salon??

Hello, i planing to  start a business, next year and i want to know if somebody can help me, how can i buy a commercial  space for a beauty salon. I do not have paper work, i have cash from my savings from my   family  in  Romania and i planing to buy  a  space for a beauty activity, i need to know what options is to buy, or at least to put a deposit and pay monthly rest of the money.
