Mainly for buying, but i don't know if is a system like in Romania, there people can buy with  50% deposit and monthly payment  until they finish  to pay  all the money,if they do not  have  any-more money to pay  they will loose the property. This system doesn't involve bank, so  interest for bank is not existing. I found this system great for people who doesn't have a  credit scoring. 

If i  will rent, i have to pay for a commercial space at least 25000£  for a year, so this money  i can  top up payment for my property and will be mine in  couple of years.

If is existing  an an option to buy without bank please let me know.I have no credit scoring  in UK.Thank you

Hello, i planing to  start a business, next year and i want to know if somebody can help me, how can i buy a commercial  space for a beauty salon. I do not have paper work, i have cash from my savings from my   family  in  Romania and i planing to buy  a  space for a beauty activity, i need to know what options is to buy, or at least to put a deposit and pay monthly rest of the money.
