Well I came across this doing some research on wholesaling this doesn't sound right to me so BPers is this alright until you get some deals or is this rat type thing to do? Thanks

It's only exceptable if you sign a flex option with the ORIGINAL wholesaler. It's a good way to start your marketing for buyers. Most buyers don't want to get the same property from several other people however... I personally would just start working on getting your own. Then you're in complete control of the situation...
