Part time 9$ an hour direct mail marketing. How would you approach?
Hello Bigger pockets I've been hearing a lot about using direct mail marketing to bring potential leads to the table but most of the time I see people using bigger budgets then I have access to now.
I was wondering how you would recommend I best spend my money to market to potential leads. I know there are many services that will handle direct mail for me, but I honestly am not sure if only a couple hundred dollars would be enough to bring in enough leads.
I'm also not sure if maybe there is a cheaper method of marketing (outside of bandit signs) that could help me to get the ball rolling.
I was thinking that buying a list and handling the direct mail myself would be an option as well but I want to hear what you guys have to say.
Thank you for reading and thanks in advanced.
