Prank for sale by owner sign?
So being a new investor I was excited to find a FSBO sign a few houses down from where I live. so taking action I immediately called the number, but when the phone was answered the lady was confused saying she had no idea what I was talking about. Im curious if any of you guys have run into a situation like this.

Great job taking action, @Adrian Valdez ! Could have been a typo on the sign. Once this the guy swapped 2 numbers on the prefix part of his sign. I dialed it correctly (it didn't look right) and had the deal to myself because no one else was getting through. Either way, keep it up!
