Need Paperwork Help in Kansas

Hi everyone.

I need advice/help on what paperwork I need and possibly filling it out.

We have found a home that we would like to make an offer on. We want to ask the owner to finance. They are using a Realtor. Can the Realtor draw up the contract for our offer or do we need to take care of that?

If we need to take care of this, what paperwork do I need?
