Moving to Dallas and would love some insight on where to buy

I'm getting a new title at work at will be moving to Dallas soon. I'm heading up the office so I can live/work anywhere in the area. I'd like to get a quadplex in a good part of town although I would settle for anything I can make some money on.

I'm in my early 30's. Single. I enjoy going out with friends for drinks after work and trying new restaurants. I'd like to be near a park. I would LOVE if I could walk to work or ride a bike. I fly weekly so proximity to an airport is on the wish list.

Where are the young professionals living in Dallas?

Hattie Dizmond is correct but those areas are a bit pricey. If you are looking for a lower entry point in a up and coming neighborhood, I would suggest the Bishop Arts district in oak cliff. The area used to be pretty bad (I know because I grew up around there) but it has been making a turn around. They have several locally renowned restaurants and bars within walking distance and it is centrally located just south of downtown Dallas (about 5-10 min) with free shuttle buses going downtown every 15 min.
