Price/sqft on Evergreen, San Jose CA 95148

Anyone has an idea on how much/sqft for a brand new custom house, high end quality in this area?  It's 2 stories, about 2850 sqft, 2 car garage, 7500 lot, 5bd/4 baths.

I'd say $250/sq. ft for new construction cost. The lot itself should worth around $500k. Please note that Evergreen has 4 zip codes. The most prestigious zip codes are 95138, 95135 followed by 95148 then 95121.  

If this is the lot in the Hidden Lake subdivision, which is on the south side of Beshoff Motorcar, then it's worth closer to $300k. 

Please don't ask me how I know these things, and potentially that's the lot you're talking about.
