I'll be visiting Los Angeles for a few days next month on my way to Texas. I know the market is expensive and is not the best place for cash flow investments, but since I'm in the area I have some friends in the industry showing me some up and coming areas. Was wondering if anyone in the BP community can also suggest some up and coming areas in Los Angeles. I spent 4 years attending and living around the USC area so I'm familiar with that part of town and open to investing in the area and nearby as well.
