SFR's and cash flow

It has been years of recovery for the real estate market, and now it's thriving again. With the addition of many moldy homes, and various water damage scenarios and the infamous collapse of a city. Yes Detroit...Past years drug and murder capital, and now starting to change with investors coming in and creating communities of renters. Today I saw a SFR for $900, and you wont beleive how much I will put in to make it rentable...5K - 10K and rent at $900 - 1200 /mo.

Happy investing

@Christopher Baustert

  I know it sounds great what your talking about however the reality is collecting said 900 dollar rent over time.... after you do this and have 2 to 3 years then you can see if it was a good deal and if you actually got your rent... that's one tough market for rent at that price point. good renters don't usually want to live were houses are being bought for the price of a nice dinner and a good to great bottle of wine:)
