Buying a property to rent out

Hello, what things should I look for in a property, if I want to rent it out.   Such as location, possible repairs.  Can you give me more details.  I understand it needs to be in a good location, but what is a good location.  Also how to find those type of properties

@Shepard Solomon You will get more out of the forums if you ask a much more specific question. This is very broad.

Several more narrowed down questions will get many answers from the posters here on the site.

You can find properties many ways. MLS, FSBO, Direct Marketing, Turnkey companies etc.

Many factors make a property a good or bad rental.

Good area is very subjective. It can mean many things.
