Homeowner vs Investment Loan

Would appreciate it if you guys could help me out...

New to the real estate business and just purchased a condo in AZ last December. I had intentions of renting it out but since the investment ratio of the complex was over 50% the only way I could get it was through a owner occupant loan. Does anyone know ways around that for me to rent it out? I know with HFA you have to live in the property for a little bit and that's classified as owner occupant then you can rent it out...I didn't know if something like that would apply here?

Any feedback would be AWESOME!

Thanks,

Cody
