Vacant Land near Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda, Florida
Hi BP,
I was introduced to a number of vacant land deals in the 1 to 2 acres range near Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Rotonda West area in Florida. The price range of these vacant lots was 5-9k and there are developments (SFHs) on the adjacent lots.
I am investing from Canada. I would love to hear from an investor in that area what they think about this type of investment there.
