Where in Northern VA (NOVA) region would you find this?
Hello All -
I am narrowing down the areas where I can focus on getting decent cash-flows. I live in Northern VA, so typcially markets for me are Baltimore and few parts of NOVA.
Baltimore - As we know its block by block and it takes time to understand the streets, the deals and the properties. I think there is lot of homework to be done here on my end
Northern VA - What are the areas that will come close to find such kind of deals
Bedrooms: 3+
Bathrooms: 2+
Sq footage: 1,500 sq ft,
ARV: 130 to 140k
My all-in number: 90k
Rents: 1300 to 1400
