Hey BP Fam,

Guess the title is pretty self explanatory, Looking to rent out a 3 bed 3 bath Townhouse in the Missouri City TX 77459 area. If anyone here has any good suggestions for a property management team, it will be more than helpful.

Thanks guys!

Hey guys,

So I just purchased a 3 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse in Missouri City TX, wanted to know any Houstonians that can help me find a reliable odor removal company. The former homeowner or renters definitely smoked in the house and before I move in I need to remedy that problem. Thanks!

Hey BPers

I am relocating to Houston from NY and trying to find a apartment for myself everywhere I see reasonably priced apartments online but when I go to the location the managers give me a totally different price, what gives? I know they are trying to make the most money but cmon a place listed for 750 per month I go and talk to the lease person she tells me 950. Whats your suggestion on this problem?

Hey BPers so I landed a job at CHI St.Luke's at the TxMC I will be starting work on Sept 14th 2015 looking to move down by September 2nd. Looking for a single bedroom that allows dogs (English bulldog). Looking in the Gulfton area or somewhere with a shorter commute to the Medical Center I have a budget of $700-800 max per month. Also would like to be around other young people as I am a single 29 year old male. Thanks for all the help guys!

Ps- Don't know the appropriate sub forum for this topic so gladly move this topic there!

As a novice investor that possible has found the property I want to take the plunge with, what are the steps  to do a thorough due diligence on a property and any good websites that might help we along this path would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I see so many properties that are fitting my investment criteria, only thing is they are halfway across the country and I don't know anyone there. What are the steps you take to go ahead and get into these markets or do I need to physically go there and view these properties?
