Hello everyone.  I been  wanting to look into buyng a larger multifamily, maybe 50+  doors.   unfourttunately there seems to be very small suply.   I have looked the usual sites like loonet, etc.   I found ARA which offers lots of larger multifamily offerings.  not having done larger deals like that it seems to me that most of those offering are already priced above the where an investor can actually make money.   Looking for input from some of the guys on here who have done those larger deals.   i realize that everydeal woudl have to go through due diligence and that everything is up for negotiation but i have this idea that if the offerings were good enough they would be bough and sold without much marketing from some of this larger firms.  Thanks for any input.

@Gustavo Vargas I'd use public sites as a way to connect with people who are active in the market but not to find the deals for purchase. You'll get those deals through relationships with brokers, property managers and other investors in the market.
