what are the advantages and disadvantages of buying a house in a auction in Philly ?

Hi Eli

Some of the things I learned about investing in Auctions are 

1. Always have cut off price

2. Do home work - numbers, title, Comps etc 

3. Never get carried away... others may be buying the property to impress his girl friend :-)

....
