Murder House

I just got contacted by a guy who inherited his mothers house a couple of years ago. He seems to be super-motivated and his agent is begging me to at least come take a look at this place. Here's where it gets interesting...The reason for the inheritance is that his mom was murdered in the home. Seems she answered the door and some punk shot her dead. Here is my question: How bad is this? I just want to do an assignment deal, of course I know about having to disclose it, but will it totally freak out any end buyers and scare them off? Thoughts?

I wouldn't be too discouraged about that.  It will definitely freak some people out, but to me I would be more concerned if the murder was typical for the neighborhood or something that just happened.
