Charlotte, NC (and surrounding areas)

Curious what areas in and/ around Charlotte, NC those who invest there regularly are finding value? We own numerous SFR's around Lake Norman though the market has really tightened.. I was pondering Statesville though I still think the town has some ways to go to be as competitive as Mooresville, Denver and Sherrills Ford and have decided to focus more on Charlotte proper.. We're open to partnering with folks from BP who have knowledge of smart opportunities in other areas around Charlotte (Or within Charlotte city limits)... My partner is an amazing contractor and I handle the business side of things.. Open to thoughts... Thank you... Steve
