Hey Marcus- Im a big fan of certain areas in Western NC. Keep me posted if you come across any good properties in Denver, Sherrills Ford, Mooresville or even as far west as Hickory........Steve 

My contractor and I would like to find some rather plugged In agents in the East LA, Boyle Heights and surrounding areas for both fix/ flip and buy/ hold properties... We're both seasoned in the contracting and financing areas and would love to meet some great agents who can lead us to appropriate deals..   TX

Hey Hank- We've had some really nice success in Lincoln County especially in the Denver NC area. Its really the next place that should boom here in NC. The multi family market is tight but occasionally they'll come up in the 7-9 cap range that can become 11-14 caps with some value add and other strategic moves.. Steve    

I think Hickory, NC is starting to do well with technology and many "green" related companies as well. I have an apartment complex there and feel the market can only get stronger. Happy to compare notes with any others interested in the Catawba County NC market......

Ive had nice success in the Lake Norman area just Northwest of Charlotte.. The sleepy town of Denver is a winner though the market has really tightened.. Mooresville is hot and is a great rental market.....Statesville still hit or miss in my opinion.......
