Wholesale Tax Lien

Hello fellow Bp'ers!

I didn't want to come to this, but we have a property that we had intended on keeping get expedited to sheriff's sale.

The tax lien is close to 9k and the house needs close to 10k in repairs, area comps are pulling around 38k.

We are willing to sell it for $2600. Have notarized deed from seller.

What would be the best way to market this? We have tried craigslist, but I think the tax lien is scary.

The house is in Columbus, Ohio on 1699 Aberdeen St.

Thanks in advance,

Steve Baldwin
