Looking for Partner/Investor on First Deal
I am looking for a partner in Whatcom County, WA.
I think I have found a good deal in Blaine, WA. Its a foreclosure that is on a half acre lot and I have walked the property.
I am willing to put in the sweat equity and do the work on this fix and flip.
I am looking for A) a partner, that wants to take a percentage of profit to basically cosign with me on my loan.... B) a hard money lender
I would get a bank loan but the process is proving to be a pain. I am self employed (making good income) but graduated from college last year and don't have enough track record for "typical bank loan."
If you live in Blaine, Bellingham, Lynden, Ferndale, etc I would love to meet up or chat.... my personal email is [email protected]... feel free to email me there
