Has anyone ever been burned by bad data on the MLS or elsewhere? What was your horror story and do you think bad data is a viable problem in our industry?

@Nathan Joens "bad" or incorrect data on the MLS would be cause for a suit depending on what was incorrect. Either the previous owner or possible the agent could be liable.

Regardless, it is in the best interest of the purchaser to confirm all information during due diligence.
