RE Agent Purchase Contract State of California?

Hey guys,

Starting out in real estate is tough as with anything else in life. My most recent issue has been obtaining a valid purchase contract for the state of California. Yesterday, I went and visited a real estate attorney with some generic contracts (which I had no intention of using in their current state) and he basically picked them apart. He told me that they could somewhat work(with some editing), but it was not his recommendation to use them. He advised me to seek out a real estate agent or broker to obtain and use one of their contracts. He also advised me to move some things around to avoid copyright infringements. I was wondering if anyone out there happened to be a real estate agent or broker in California (santa clara county even better) and willing to either sell me a contract or even share theirs with me. Thank you!

Google First Tuesday. They not only offer, IMHO, the best continuing ed. for RE licensees, but great forms.

You'll have every form that you'll probably ever need in CA.

Thank me later.
