I am a new investor about to begin my marketing strategy. I am looking to connect with local Phoenix investors that I might sit ace to face and learn from. I know there some opportunities right now but continuing to learn to not waste time or money. Love to network with anyone nationwide as well. Got the time and will work harder than anyone and even have a bride who wants to get really involved with fix and flip. I am reading everything and learning from all webinars.
