I am a new investor about to begin my marketing strategy. I am looking to connect with local Phoenix investors that I might sit ace to face and learn from. I know there some opportunities right now but continuing to learn to not waste time or money. Love to network with anyone nationwide as well. Got the time and will work harder than anyone and even have a bride who wants to get really involved with fix and flip. I am reading everything and learning from all webinars. Would really love a local mentor (non guru) to connect with now! Glad to be here at Bigger Pockets!

Hey Chris welcome to BP now that you found this forum you are heading in the right direction tons of information here take notes, ask questions listen to podcast stay involved as much as possible on BP.
