Any input on becoming a Certified Distressed Property Expert would be appreciated. Curious what people learned through the online course. If it would be worth the money for someone just getting their real estate saleperson license who is interested in rehabbing properties. Seems like a like an online course just for the sake of having a certification, just my opinion but I would like to know any fellow BPer's who took the course thoughts. Thanks and have a good one.
