Judgement liens
Could anyone clarify please, which judgement liens will be wiped out with quiet title action and which will not?

@Maria Kazak Are you referring to a quiet title action after a tax deed sale, or some other situation? Assuming you mean after a tax deed sale, all private judgments get wiped, assuming they were properly notified during the tax deed process. Giving lien holders the chance to show they were Not properly notified, is pretty much the purpose of the quiet title action.
