A lot of banks say that they won't pay a selling agent commission if the buyer is a licensed sales person or broker.

I am a licensed sales assiciate flipping houses. Thinking to upgrade to Broker license. That's why would like to know if i would be able continue buying foreclosures under my name to flip them.
