Hey thanks a lot! I think that all the time looking at the market in Ohio. I came from Florida and the market, while it’s hot (no pun intended), it can be over priced and over saturated! I will surely reach out if I have any questions, thanks and blessings!

Yes I’m familiar. I feel a little leery about posting there sometimes though. Too many scandals lol
