Finding Properties in OKC

Hey y'all,

Where are the OKC investors finding their deals? I'm looking to acquire more properties but having a hard time finding the right deals. I hold for rentals so the neighborhoods must be desirable. My bread and butter is anything in the $1,195-$1,695 range.

Are there certain cities in the OKC area that are providing your demand?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yep there's plenty of neighborhoods and areas that can carry that rent range. We're a Franchisee of Homevestors of Ameria / We buy ugly houses. I'd be more than happy to help you find some deals if you're interested.

Moore is an area you can get that, Edmon would be too I think but maybe a bit higher even, not certain, for that range I would recommend looking at areas that have good schools as I think people expect that for that price range.

I recommend the Lake Hefner area of OKC and the neighborhoods near 23rd/ Penn Ave. Also try, Edmond, Moore and Yukon.

Thanks Shauntae! I like Edmond a lot. But it is hard to find properties at a discount to make the numbers work. Hopefully the market will pick up to hit the numbers.
