Rich and Steve are top notch players in the real estate industry. So many years of experience and it shows. They care about their properties and tenants. They care about working with great contractors. They take pride in quality and relationships over the bottom dollar. Looked at renting a property this company had listed, the man on the phone was extremely rude and confrontational. If your looking for a leasing company, I highly recommend any of the other 1000 realty companies.
